Chocolate Orange Minis

First, we make two chocolate chip cookies with almond flour so they’re incredibly light and airy, almost like macarons. Then we sandwich a bit of orange marmalade between the cookies and dip the whole thing in creamy chocolate. Our staff loves these cookies chilled, so we always keep a few in the fridge — just ask, and we’ll serve you a cold one! Gluten-free.
