Here’s a healthy way to say “good morning” that tastes fantastic, too. Think you hate bran muffins? You haven’t tried ours. They’re all whole grain, but we use canola oil and yogurt to keep them moist without adding lots of calories. Studded with blueberries and sweetened with molasses, they’re tasty yet completely free of butter or white sugar.
